This site is intentionally simple on the public side: every reader gets static pages generated from a pinned deployment snapshot. The dynamic parts stay behind the admin boundary where drafting, previewing, and publishing happen.

The platform runs on Astro for the site shell, a Hono API on Cloudflare Workers, D1 for editorial state, R2 for media, and Milkdown for authoring in the browser.
